Problem:
A duplex in Boca Raton, FL had numerous backups in their sewer lines. The 30’ line started in 3” at the house and expanded to 4”. Adding to the challenge, the home had a beautiful landscape garden where digging was not an option. The solution also had to be completely sealed as they had numerous Ficus plants, which are known to be aggressive in seeking food and water.
Solution:
Luckily for the homeowner, they called L&G Plumbing in Deerfield Beach, FL. L&G had recently receive their BRAWO® Pico sx so they were able to line 3”-4” with BRAWOLINER<sub>®</sub> 3D DN70-100 and cure the resin using LED technology, reducing the homeowners downtime.
Post install:
After cleaning and installing the new liner, the pipe was back up and running. With no damage to the garden and the pipes sealed up against even the most aggressive plants!
